Hooman, nee human,
and Dog, nee canine, souls fused
in willing re-brand
This haiku opens the portal to My Hooman and Me—my threshold to expressions of calm and retrospection. Vibrant bouquets sway with insight and adventures as I stroll along gently rolling gardens. I'm never alone on this path. My dog has always been with me, a willing companion on these, our deep-rooted pilgrimages. I'm pleased that on these pages you will meet, from time to time, my playmates from over the years. As we've wandered together, I came to understand something quite profound: I'd been re-christened.

Willingly granted to us, their two-legged, whom they embrace as their own

A trust we hold with honor
